An honest assessment of  Strengths and Weaknesses when considering a concept are extraordinarily helpful when contemplating or executing  just about anything. There are so very many things to consider when venturing out, how does the successful know what will be most successful? In contrast what do those who are unsuccessful not possess? These are questions of which (if one has the ability to answer) could lead to the expansion of remarkable accomplishments.

As I could (as usual) write volumes about this, opening this topic for contemplation with this quote from James Thurber, an American writer:  “Let us not look back in anger or forward in fear, but around in awareness.

Awarness is an exercise in empathy allowing for an increased level of sensitivity to change. At this informs our every decision.
